On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Northwest Guilford High School standout Blaize Johnson’s current college team, the UNC Asheville Bulldogs, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Wofford Terriers.

The game took place at Russell C. King Field. This was their first matchup against the Terriers this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. at Greenwood Baseball Field against Stonehill Skyhawks.
