Town of Oak Ridge issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.

Volunteers needed to help set up luminaries for Light Up the Night.

Let us know if you can help on Tues., Nov 29 – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Volunteers welcome anytime! Stay for an hour, or stay for the day. 

Set-up is easier than ever, but please bring a hammer and gloves. Knee pads may also helpful.

Meet on the park side at the crosswalk in front of town hall.

Rain date for luminary set-up: Wed., Nov. 30 – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
