County of Guilford issued the following announcement on Oct. 17.
Help us save a life - foster a pet for 3 days through the new Stray to Foster program!
The Guilford County Animal Services Resource Center is at capacity. We cannot adopt our animals out fast enough, forcing us to make very difficult choices about the lives of the animals in our care.
Through Stray to Foster, for 72-hours you care and advocate for an animal by posting photos and information to lost pet web and social media sites.
You provide the care, the pets provide the snuggles, and we provide the supplies to make it a memorable stay.
