County of Guilford issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.
It’s Fire Prevention Month and National Medicine Abuse Awareness Month.
Healthy Guilford is partnering with The Greensboro Fire Department to host a Fire Prevention Week Kick-Off and Medicine Take-Back Event at The Home Depot on West Wendover Avenue.
The event will be held on Saturday, October 8th from 10am-2pm.
There will be food trucks and fun for the entire family!
Come out, drop off your unused/expired medicine, and have fun!
*Free Medication Lock Box to the first 25 people to drop off medicine!
