County of Guilford issued the following announcement on July 25.
StarMed will no longer offer COVID-19 vaccinations at the Greensboro Four Seasons Mall after July 31, 2022.

Community members who received their first vaccine dose at this location and require a second dose after July 31 should visit www.vaccines.gov to find an alternate vaccine location.
StarMed will continue to provide COVID-19 testing services at the Four Seasons Mall after July 31, 2022.
To set an appointment for COVID testing, please visit www.starmed.care.
StarMed will offer COVID-19 testing at no cost to uninsured patients, and at no additional cost to insured patients.
Insurance providers will be billed directly on behalf of the patient when applicable.
