City of High Point issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
We have had a mailing issue with customer bills dated 02/04/2022, impacting approximately 2,300 customers. Customers should begin to receive these bills beginning 02/24/2022. All customers with a bill date of 02/04/2022 will not be charged late fees and will have approximately 35 days from 02/24/2022 to pay the balance. If you have questions or concerns regarding your bill dated 02/04/2022, please call Customer Service at 336-883-3111. We apologize for any inconvenience.
