City of Burlington issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
The Paramount Theater Box Office will unexpectedly be closed the week of August 23rd-August 27th.
If you are looking for a refund to The Embers Concert that got stormed out on Friday- please read carefully below:
-If you purchased your ticket with a credit/debit card either online or at the box office, your refund has been issued. Please be on the lookout for the refund to hit your account in 2-3 days
-If you purchased your ticket at the box office with cash and have not yet reached out to receive a refund, please call 336-229-3149 and leave message or email burlncparamount@gmail.com
-If you purchased your ticket at the concert on Friday evening and did not get a refund before leaving, please call 336-229-3149 and leave a message or email burlncparamount@gmail.com
