Town of Oak Ridge issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board will hold a special called meeting on Monday, Aug. 9 at 7 p.m. in the conference room at Town Hall and via the Zoom application. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve construction design elements for Heritage Farm Park. The agenda can be found under the "Boards and Committees" tab. The meeting ID is: 862 2266 2305.
The Special Events Committee will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 10 at 7 p.m. in the conference room at Town Hall.
The public may access all of the Zoom meetings by logging on to https://us02web.zoom.us/j/ and entering the Meeting ID.
