On Saturday, March 29, former Northwest Guilford High School standout Cori McMillan’s current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Stanford Cardinals.

The game took place at Tech Softball Park. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 12 p.m. at Tech Softball Park against Stanford Cardinals.
