On Wednesday, Feb. 12, former Northwest Guilford High School standout Emma Moberg’s current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the USC Beaufort Sand Sharks.
The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Sand Sharks this season.
The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. at McCrorie Family Stadium against Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.
