County of Guilford issued the following announcement on Nov. 20.
Guilford County government offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Please note: essential services which operate 24/7, such as EMS, Sheriff’s Department, Juvenile Detention, and child and adult protection, will be working throughout the holiday to serve Guilford County residents in need. We sincerely thank all those first responders for their work on these holiday days and every day.
Residents may also visit the county’s website, www.guilfordcountync.gov, for information on county services, to make payments, to request vital records, and to conduct other county business.
