City of Burlington issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
We are blown away! Santa and Mrs. Clause took time out of their busy pre-Christmas schedules to stop by our adoption center and make 2 very generous donations! One was to our medical fund, which is imperative to offering medical care to our animals while keeping costs low. The other is through sponsoring not 1, not 2, but 15 adult cats! The first 15 adult cats (a year or older) will be adopted at no cost!
